The Faculty has produced many great men and women who have done us and our country proud by their contribution and service to public life.
To continue this winning streak it is important that we support and guide the undergraduates to be worthy citizens and provide them the necessary wherewithal to complete their studies, and achieve their full potential. This we can do by supporting them in many ways, not merely financially.”
Describing the current status of the AAFL Education Trust she said, “we established the trust with seed money from the Association of Rs. 200,000/=. This has grown to approximately 300,000/= today with contributions from Alumni, a sum that is not phenomenal, but nevertheless a substantial amount. We are hopeful that today’s event will enable us to increase the amounts available to the Trust to assist deserving undergraduates meaningfully.” She expressed the hope that the Alumni will generously support the Trust by way of financial contributions and also support the Association by providing internships, mentorships, job opportunities to students.
The fun filled event with music and food gave an opportunity for the Alumni to meet again, taking a nostalgic journey down the memory lane.
